ADF: Ukraine Recovery Project Assistance Office is a private organization specializing in securing funding for projects aimed at the reconstruction of Ukraine. We collaborate with both public and private sector projects. Our services encompass the identification, actualization, and implementation of projects, including: project data collection, project design, proposal creation, participation in relevant funding calls, and support in negotiations with donor organizations. Our operational principle is the creation of "ready-to-go" project proposals, ensuring the minimal time from the initial contact with the donor to implementation by providing a complete set of necessary working documents for project realization. To achieve a high standard of project proposal preparation, we have established a consortium of specialized enterprises (OIAIP) involved in developing our clients' project documentation. This consortium includes National Technical University of Ukraine "Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute", Spencer Law Firm, European engineering companies, and equipment manufacturers. In 2024, our company, commissioned by the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, is executing the state programme "From Application to Grant", funded by USAID and the WNISEF fund. Our clients include leading entities from both the private and public sectors, such as DTEK, CRANE Ukraine, Nova Ukraine, Ekoniya, Kramatorsk OTMO, and Chaika State Enterprise. Over 30 client organizations from various industries. We engage with grant and loan financing from international organizations, including the EIB, EBRD, World Bank programmes, USAID, GIZ, EU structural funds, foreign ministries, and development agencies.
